The college allowed its faculty members to pursue course such as orientation course refresher course faculty development programmes short term course etc.So that the faculty can boost their knowledge and can implement new innovative teaching ideas in teaching learning process for the benefits of the students these weekly monthly course or training program can be attend by UGC recognised University and Educational Institute the faculty members also submit their certificate in college after successful completion of the courses.
